Where the data comes from
Sylo Labs lists are built from public records — county permit systems, property appraiser rolls, clerk records, GIS parcel data, and National Weather Service storm reports and radar-derived wind and hail data — plus commercial skip-trace sources for contact matching. We review lists by hand before delivery and flag anything we could not verify. Records can contain errors at the source; data is provided as-is, as recorded by the issuing agency.
What you're responsible for
Lists are delivered for your own business use. How you contact homeowners is your responsibility, including compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), federal and Florida Do-Not-Call rules, CAN-SPAM, and local solicitation or "no-knock" ordinances. Sylo Labs provides data; it does not perform outreach on your behalf and does not provide legal advice.
What we don't promise
A list is intelligence, not a contract signed. We do not guarantee jobs, revenue, response rates, or that any homeowner will engage you. We do promise the records work is real: sourced as described, filtered as described, and reviewed by a human.
Exclusivity & billing
One contractor per trade per territory, with the territory defined by ZIP codes and counties in your agreement. Service is billed month-to-month; you may cancel at any time, after which your territory may be offered to another contractor. Lists delivered while you were a client remain yours.
